With a non-touchscreen monitor, the menu can be navigated using an external device, such as a computer mouse or USB remote control.

Does myWally require constant internet access?

No. An internet connection is only required the first time you launch the console – to register a user account and activate the device.

You can continue working offline afterward. However, it’s a good idea to connect your console to the internet periodically to check for and download available game and application updates.

How and where to set up the myWally console?

The console can be positioned or mounted:

  • Freestanding (e.g., on a stable bench; it’s best to move the device close to the edge so that the tabletop doesn’t obscure the camera)
  • On a dedicated mobile tripod

The most important thing is to position the console directly in front of the user—ideally at hip height, below the monitor. This ensures proper operation and comfort of use.

Can I purchase new games or bundles later?

Yes. Simply contact your sales representative and provide your device’s serial number.

The packages are uploaded remotely – once the console is connected to the Internet, the games will automatically appear on the device (for download).
